Ocean Views Resort Caloundra, Caloundra

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was great and the staff at reception were lovely, my overall stay was overshadowed by the lack of basic services. I was shocked to find out I had to pay extra for something as simple as fresh towels, which really took away from the comfort of my stay. The room was decent, but it could definitely use some maintenance. Overall, this place could be better with improved service and a clearer communication of fees.

Our experience at this resort was mixed. While the rooms were spacious and provided stunning sea views, the lack of response from management regarding our cancellation due to the fire was disappointing. On a positive note, the pool area and reception staff were fantastic, making our stay enjoyable despite some setbacks.
